Financial Assistance and Billing
We know that healthcare costs can add up quickly, and we want to be sure you get the imaging services you need to help your healthcare team formulate your diagnosis and treatment plan. That's why we offer assistance and special rates for those who are uninsured or underinsured. We also offer self-pay rates for certain imaging screenings.
Professional Billing
You may receive additional bills if the following services were performed:
- Biopsy or lab services: You will receive a bill from Pathology Consultants of South Broward; call 866-766-8870 for billing information.
- Radiology services: You will receive a bill from MBB Radiology; call 904-236-5884 or email ptcollections@radpartners.com for billing information.
- Electrocardiogram (EKG): You will receive a bill from North Broward EKG Associates; call 954-726-1808 for billing information.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to check with your insurance to verify coverage and eligibility, and to check the price of imaging procedures. For questions regarding authorization and co-pay, contact patient financial services at 954-276-5501.
Personalized Estimates
Patients have a right to request a personalized estimate from the hospital.
